Here's a post that I know many people will benefit. Where to eat when in Hong Kong.

Since I am already live here, I'll add a little value by sharing some restaurants and the likes where you can dine when you are traveling here. It could be a predicament for sure as there are thousands to choose from. With your tight schedule and maybe budget, you could opt for something simple but gastronomic.

If you come here, especially to TST (Tsim Sha Tsui), you'd probably dine at the Food Republic located at the B/F, Silvercord, 30 Canton Rd, Tsim Sha Tsui and you have to try the must-eats: dim sum.

Lok Yau Lau has got to be your best bet.

It offers fresh and steaming dim sum from har gaw to pork barbeque bun (siopao to us, Filipinos).

pork siu mai ("siw my") with quail egg

pork spareribs with black beans
