As I am at work on Sundays, my husband and daughter would normally meet me up after work to unwind. Last Sunday, we decided to meet at Tsing Yi since we've not been there for a few months.

At dinner, we went for something different, non-Chinese that is. We spotted The Pizza Stage at the corner, where Steak Express was located before.

The menu was actually expensive if you look at it. But it was worth all the dollar, especially when we tried the prosciutto pizza. Oh, heaven.

We chose the HK288 set for two. The set came with soup, ribs, and pizza. You could actually choose between pizza or a pasta. Thinking the serving is not enough, we ordered additional focaccia and nachos.
HK38

What we liked best are the ribs and pizza. The ribs are not your typical barbecue-flavoured ones. They tasted more like honey glazed that is smoked.

HK68
The pizza, topped with zuchinni and prosciutto, is heavenly. The proscuitto melted inside my mouth into smokes. The hand-tossed dough was just soft and still hot when served.

Our bill amounted to HK471. It's pricey for just 2 people dining, my daughter is actually non-bearing as she barely ate that dinner. But considering that we were able to takeout the left-over ribs, it's OK. We also got to takeout 2 slices of pizza, which my husband ate when we got home.

Since it was our first time there, their service was surprising. We were seated in less than 15 minutes. The soup was served after we were seated. The main dishes came in a dash. At least for their price, we also got the best of our money for their service. Unlike those expensive ones which you have to wait around 15 minutes for the appetizer.

I give them 4 out 5!
