My husband has been craving for Filipino food this week, particularly adobo. Tonight, I hope his craving has been satisfied.

Adobo with boiled eggs.





I was not a fan of kilawing atay ever since. My Daddy would always make one and I would always refuse to eat it. But just recently I braved to eat one which he did when I was in Manila two weeks ago and I didn't stop at one try. Eventually I finished the leftover. 

This time, I decided to make one to let Vin try it. 

Prepping the kilawin with vinegar, chopped onions, and red chili and of course, the fried liver.




After almost an hour, here comes the the adobo with adobo rice.



And the not so-spicy kilawin. Sarap!
