This was the first time I ever did this dish. I bought some beef strips and I was thinking of what I'd do with them. Beef with mushrooms, sauted beef, or beef with broccoli? Then, I remember eating beef rolls with enoki mushrooms from a Japanese resto and I decided to do a makeshift beef rolls with Baguio Beans.

Ingredients:

beef sukiyaki
Teriyaki sauce
salt, pepper
baguio beans, blanched

Procedure:

1. I first blanched the beans in hot water and stemmed and sliced each in half.
2. Marinate the beef with teriyaki. If you don't have a ready teriyaki sauce, you can always prepare your own sauce.
3. After I seasoned the marinade, I started rolling the beans on a beef strip.
4. In a skillet, I fried them until golden brown.

Voila! Japanese style lunch for us!
